We act as an authorised channel partner of various RERA-registered developers. We do not develop or sell properties directly; we facilitate transactions between buyers and developers/sellers.

All property details, prices, floor plans, brochures, images, possession timelines and amenities displayed on our website are sourced from developers and considered correct as of the date of publication. However, they are indicative and subject to change without notice.

Prices quoted are starting basic sale prices (BSP) and exclude statutory taxes (GST, stamp duty, registration), maintenance deposits, club membership, parking, PLC and other charges as applicable.

Final terms of any property purchase will be governed exclusively by the agreement signed directly between you and the developer/seller.
